What information will I be required to provide during the evaluation process?
Our Due Diligence Team will require the business information in a stipulated application along with a funding request and that will be forwarded to the evaluation committee who will be able to guide you from there.
How will you determine whether my business is eligible for Evaluation fro Funding ?
We look for businesses with unique idea or a new spin in process or technology. We then review the team, traction, market size and other factors to determine if the company will be a good fit. Also the accountability of the business (or concept), comes if founders have already invested their own capital in their business.
What information will be divulged to potential investors ?
The business structure, the share structure of the company, company information, information on the company operations, risks involved with the investment, management information and proposed use of proceeds by you.
When does the money from investors actually distribute to my business ?
Typically 3 weeks after funding is completed, Aaretch Investments will complete the investment process and disburse the funds as per the proposed staggered structure.
Will I have any ongoing reporting requirements ?
You will be required to provide us with a quarterly update that we can share with investors along with any other exigency conditions.
Is it possible to "buy-back" the private equity shares that my company has issued to Investor ?
Yes, it is very much possible, Our staff will help you communicate with the investors, and depending on the Offering Document/Memorandum, Aaretch Marketing can inbuilt the same in the contract provisions to enable you if you wish to buy back shares at a multiple of the price the investors paid after a stipulated time.
Who determines the value of outstanding shares?
Aaretch Investments and the business will work together to determine the value of outstanding shares.
If needed, Will I be able to request for additional funding and How ?
Yes it is very much possible, but it will again require to go through the same process and We will be happy to consider assisting in additional funding rounds. All you have to do is contact us.
